Welcome, I am Mike Brooks your local AA Driving School franchised instructor.

When you start to learn to drive there are a few legal requirements you have to meet, with a criteria to follow, which you can find here on the driver training page. When you can do all of things in this section to a required standard you are then ready to go for your driving test.
Once you have passed your driving test you then have the option of doing a course that can help reduce your car insurance by giving you valuable driving experience not covered by the driving test, this course is called pass plus.
My current prices for driving lessons are £23.50 per hour (a full 60 minutes no short lessons), if you block book ten hours or more a discount is available. For more information about discounts please email me at discount lessons

The Ford Focus 1.6 you will learn in will be no more than six months old.

My promises to you.
I offer a door to door service from home, collage or work to suit your needs.
I will offer help with the theory and hazard perception part of the test if needed.
I will use all modern DSA recommended methods to teach pupils.
I will structure the training to suit you pupil.
I will always give the full 60 minutes of each hour and wont cut it short.
I will always be professional, courteous and avoid physical contact.
I will not smoke or use a mobile phone (except in an emergency) in the car.

I will always be on time (unless something unforeseen happens) If I am running late I will endeavour to let you know in advance.
All training will be one to one there will be no pillion lessons.
